The Aurelio Spa project presented a unique design challenge: creating steel door and window systems that embody tranquility and sophistication while seamlessly connecting indoor spa environments with outdoor wellness spaces. SteelView delivered custom French steel doors that transformed this luxury spa into a haven of light, air, and architectural beauty.
Working with the spa's interior design team, SteelView developed a series of custom steel-framed French doors and fixed windows that serve as both architectural statements and functional transitions between treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and exterior garden spaces. The thin steel profiles allow expansive glass panels that bring nature indoors — a critical element in spa design.
Each unit was finished with a matte black powder coat that complements the spa's modern aesthetic while providing lasting corrosion resistance in the humid spa environment. Our thermally broken frames ensure energy efficiency, keeping treatment rooms at optimal temperatures without compromising the floor-to-ceiling glass design.
Spa environments require careful material selection. Steel doors offer advantages that wood and aluminum cannot match: slim profiles that minimize visual interruption, structural strength that supports large glass panels, and a refined aesthetic that elevates the guest experience.
